Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth disbursement of stationary in plant facility & maintain budget.
∎ Training Coordination. (attendance, evaluation, training passport update)
∎ Follow-up with housekeeping. (office building)
∎ Vehicle schedule management.
∎ Maintaining Various Registers.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of front office.
∎ Handling PABX system.
∎ Handling communication system.
∎ Attending to the phone calls and redirecting it to the concerned department.
∎ Liaison with all sections/ department.
