∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Patient Bill.
∎ Responsible for undertaking admission and discharging procedures.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Should be able to understand prescription.
∎ Development of new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Managing of Front Desk Operations.
∎ Attending calls on the reception.
∎ Visitor management.
∎ Co-ordinate for Interviews
∎ Handling courier inward/outward
∎ Provide correct information to the clients over phone.
∎ Provide information to patients and visitor as required.
∎ Able to Supervising the Front desk/ Billing activities.
∎ Should have general knowledge about accounts and basic accounts.
∎ To have excellent typing skill on software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Diagnostic
∎ center, Hospital, Medical College and Hospital
∎ Having more than 2 years experience in Hospital/Diagnostic center.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about different investigation and procedures.
∎ Basic Computer Knowledge
∎ Patient and doctors handling capacity.
∎ Dealing with patient referrals.
∎ Capacity to work in 2 shifts.
∎ Enough knowledge in Computer Handling.
∎ Have knowledge in MS-Office.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
∎ To have excellent written and verbal communication skill
