∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall plan the freight forwarding operation process, coordinate the relationships among booking agencies, customs brokers, fleets, customers and sales teams, and efficiently solve problems such as costs and inspections during the operation.
∎ Supervise the daily operation work of the team, standardize the operation procedures, ensure accurate and timely system entry, and manage and file data properly.
∎ Accurately convey the task requirements of company leaders and promptly feedback the work situations, opinions and suggestions of subordinates.
∎ Guarantee the work quality of department members, assist the management in regularly holding operation team work meetings, analyze and summarize work situations, and propose improvement measures.
∎ Be responsible for the daily management of team members, including work guidance, training, task assignment, inspection and supervision, and progress follow - up.
∎ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time and with high quality.
