Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Client Relationship Development: Leverage your existing network within the industry to introduce potential clients (plant managers, procurement officers, etc.) to our services.
∎ Business Growth: Act as an intermediary between the company and potential clients, working to secure long-term repair, automation, spare parts, and machinery contracts.
∎ Sales Facilitation: Assist in the process of converting leads into long-term partnerships, helping potential clients understand how our solutions can improve efficiency and reduce operational downtime.
∎ Project Management: Oversee or assist in the initiation of automation projects, ensuring that all parties are aligned and the necessary resources are available.
∎ Procurement Insight: Provide guidance on the procurement of machinery, spare parts, and materials based on customer needs and technical specifications.
∎ Commission-Based Earnings: Earn commissions for every successful deal, contract, or partnership that you bring to the company, as well as for repeat business from existing clients.
∎ Proven experience in industrial electronics, automation, or machinery, ideally in plant engineering or procurement roles.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
∎ Knowledge of industry-specific machinery, repair processes, automation solutions, and spare parts.
∎ Self-driven and motivated to seek out new business opportunities and partnerships.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage client relationships in a flexible part-time role.
