Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage overall Pepsico Business in Bangladesh by maintaining Pepsico way of work.
∎ Prepare long and short -term business plan to expand business in Bangladesh.
∎ Guide local business partner with required strategy/plan, and extend necessary support.
∎ Cultivate, develop and maintain effective business relationship with all level of stakeholders.
∎ Coach & guide the team to have the skills, knowledge, motivation and empowerment to perform their respective roles.
∎ Leading the team for achieving the business objectives successfully.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to supervise staffs and travel to both domestic and international locations.
