Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, SSC
∎ Must have technical course from the Technical Training Center on Plumbing.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification.
∎ Skills Required: Pipe Fitting,General Plumbing,Residential Plumbing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plumber, Pipe Fitting, Residential Plumber
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Swimming Pool

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, maintain, regular check and repair on plumbing or piping.
∎ Inspect and repair all the plumbing systems, fixtures & equipments.
∎ Maintain plumbing structures or fixtures.
∎ Estimate materials requirements for projects.
∎ Estimate construction project labor requirements.
∎ Inspect work sites to determine condition or necessary repairs. s.
∎ Communicate with clients about products, procedures, and policies.
∎ Install solar energy systems.
∎ Familiar with refrigerator, Air-conditioners and others appliances.
∎ Kitchen equipment, Gas burners installation and maintenance.
∎ Perform other duties as per business requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Plumber, Electrician, TV/ Fridge/ AC
∎ Experience in Real Estate/Construction will get preferences
∎ At least 3 years related work experience that can be proved,
∎ A team player who is honest and friendly to colleagues, positive, good execution and cautious on work.
∎ "Can Do Attitude".

Salary: Negotiable
