Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Maintain the census of the patient on the floor
∎ To Attend the Phone calls coming to the area
∎ To Check the door signage of the rooms
∎ To Maintain the iHIS data
∎ To Help the nurses in the operation of iHIS
∎ To assist in the generation of daily reports
∎ To Escalate Patient issues to the Unit Supervisor
∎ To Help in any other secretarial work required on the floor
∎ To have complete orientation of hospital policies.
∎ To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
∎ To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
∎ To Comply with patient safety policy
∎ To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Preferably with 2 years in Secretarial Function/ Data entry Function in Healthcare Setup
∎ Helps in implementation related to Service Excellence
∎ Quality improvement initiatives
∎ Knowledge of Basics in Computers & Typing Skills
∎ iHIS, ERP, QMS, OSL
∎ Independently handling large volume of Work in bigger Facility
∎ Demonstrated Ability to assure higher responsibility
∎ Feedback from service area heads & other colleagues
∎ Process follow up & orientation as per the defined SOPs/guidelines
∎ Consistently delivering high quality work with zero errors
