∎ SSC, Diploma in Marine Engineering
∎ Minimum S.S.C./ Diploma in marine Technology/shipboard experienced as fitter cum welder/ Diploma from polytechnic is preferred.
∎ Minimum S.S.C./ Diploma in marine Technology/shipboard experienced as fitter cum welder/ Diploma from polytechnic is preferred.

∎ Age at most 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To train pre-sea cadets and ratings in overhauling and maintenance on marine engine components.
∎ Able to demonstrate and explain different equipment engine room elaborately.
∎ Can train the cadets and ratings on how to use lathe machine, milling machine etc. Can fabricate different jobs using welding machine and gas cutter etc.
∎ International Maritime Academy Ltd. as a Private Government approved Maritime Academy with a view to expand the scope of higher maritime education in Bangladesh.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ To train pre-sea cadets and ratings in overhauling and maintenance on marine engine components.
∎ Able to demonstrate and explain different equipment engine room elaborately.
