Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the full functional and effective fire safety management system.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Assist to train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis to make the mission success.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
∎ Daily inspection of fire equipment's as per required by buyer and Alliance & Accord Standard.
∎ Ensure that all fireman, fire fighters and security personnel are in right order and perform their duties as per requirement.
∎ Monitor / supervise the electrical/ power cables / loose wires properly placed and to take remedial measures immediately with Proper channel.
∎ Assist to conduct regular fire drill. And emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ 6 months Training in Fire Service & Civil defense
∎ Internal Fire safety audit.
∎ Monitor & update all fire & safety equipment.
∎ Internal Fire evacuation drill.
∎ Internal Fire safety training.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have knowledge about fire safety issues in garments factory.
∎ Should have knowledge in Fire Safety Standards of ACCORD and ALLIANCE.
∎ Must be honest, active and disciplined.
∎ Candidate should have proper time management ability.
