Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma (Vocational) in Fire Safety
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accord Alliance RSC Fire Service Civil Defense Certified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a full functional and effective fire safety management system in factories;
∎ Installation and maintenance of PA System, Fire Alarm & Detection System, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System
∎ Fire alarm control panel monitoring & reporting on daily basis.
∎ Supervise & Maintenance installation, testing & commissioning work of FDS (Fire detection System ) & FPS ( Fire protection System ).
∎ Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issues.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Ensure security aspects of the company and train securities for safe guard of the organization.
∎ Ensure that all fireman, fire fighters and security personnel are in right order and perform their duties as per requirement.
∎ Regular inspection of fire equipment's as per required by Govt. authority.
∎ Monitor / supervise the electrical/ power cables / loose wires properly placed and to take remedial measures immediately with Proper channel.
∎ Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis to make the mission success.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire related training.
∎ Conduct regular fire drill. And emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.
∎ Daily walk round/ floor visit & ensure firefighting equipment and follow up the daily check list activities of the fire fighting team.
∎ To ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees and security personnel.
∎ Conduct fire fighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority And Conduct periodical Fire & Emergency evacuation drill as per program to aware all workers & staffs.
∎ Implementation & control of fire safety as per direction of the management Ensure the total Fire safety of the factories
∎ Work distribution and follow up of work
∎ Ensure all compliance Standard as well as to face Fire safety audit when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Fire Fighting and Safety;
∎ Age 42 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good English & Bengali Hand Writing required for daily / weekly / monthly reporting system
