Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• B. Sc in Engineering in any subject.
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• 06 Months FSCD training certificate mandatory.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Must have knowledge on computer applications of AutoCAD
• Candidate should have knowledge of fire hydrant system, fire drill & industrial evacuation plan when emergency
• Working Experience as a Fire & Safety Officer at Garment Division.
• Should have well knowledge on fire equipment’s and firefighting.
• Maintain the safe work place according to NFPA guideline.

• Check of Fire equipment such as Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire hydrant, fire doors, firefighting apparatus etc as well as regularly as per RSC Standard & Guideline.

• Prepare all safety standards, policy, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including fire evacuation plan and procedure.

• Conduct regular fire drill and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.

• Ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees, and security personnel.

• Ensure firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense Authority.

• Train up all workers / staffs / employees on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis to make the mission success.

• Must have well knowledge on installation and maintenance of Panel Board System, Fire Alarm, Smoke Detector, Addressable and Fire Hydrant system.

• Regular inspection of fire equipment`s and security post and sensitive points of the factory at day & night.

• Ensure that all fireman, fire fighters and security personnel are in right order and perform their duties as per requirement.

• Look after and Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the fire and safety system of the plant.

• Work as a secretary of the health & safety committee & follow the rules & responsibility according to Bangladesh labor rules (2015) Tafsil-4.

• Maintain OSH checklist & Risk assessment according to timeline.

• Maintain all safety regulations as per KPI.
