Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

∎ Strong understanding of finishing materials, joinery, wet and dry finishes, and visual detailing.
∎ Ability to read architectural and interior drawings and translate them into on-site execution.
∎ Hands-on experience in managing multiple teams and phased finishing works.
∎ Proficiency in MS Project, Auto CAD, Excel, and basic site management tools.
∎ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate all interior and exterior finishing works, including plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling, cladding, flooring, railing, glazing, joinery, etc.
∎ Ensure high-quality workmanship in line with approved designs and architectural specifications.
∎ Review drawings and BOQs; cross-check implementation on-site.
∎ Maintain a strict schedule of finishing activities and ensure timely completion of each phase.
∎ Coordinate with interior designers, architects, MEP teams, civil engineers, and vendors to avoid clashes and delays.
∎ Manage daily site inspections, punch lists, and QA/QC checks.
∎ Control wastage of materials and ensure cost-effective usage.
∎ Plan finishing sequences area-wise (e.g. shop clusters, corridors, restrooms, lobby zones).
∎ Handle client-ready handover conditions, ensuring final touches are polished and defect-free.
∎ Lead a team of finishing subcontractors and maintain safety and compliance on-site.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management.

With over 60% of structural work completed, we are now entering a critical finishing phase. We are seeking an experienced Finishing Engineer to lead all interior and final works across the project.
