Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed University. Candidates with CA/ ACCA/ FCA are preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement Accounts & Finance related Strategic Business Policies, Rules & Regulations
∎ Prepare strategic financial plan and budget;
∎ Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting, and Internal Audit system.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
∎ Costing, Fund Management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, Annual Budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, New project Viability analysis, Audit, Cost control, Asset Management, and make companies financial Report
∎ Identify areas of process improvement and cost reduction; guide the team to implement improvement measures.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of import & export section as per Customs & bond rules for updating bond register (into bond & ex bond) on due time.
∎ Fully liable for customs audit including all custom activities.
∎ Sound knowledge about import, export & UD with regulatory rules.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutes.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Banks / Financial Institutes.
∎ Skills Required: Candidates must have excellent drafting skill (both in Bangla & English) in official correspondence with banks and others financial institutes.
∎ Candidates should have will skill in Finance Management, Analysis, & Planning,
