∎ Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM or ERP systems.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain finance accounting records accurately.
∎ Utilize CRM or ERP systems for data entry and management.
∎ Communicate with clients regarding billing and invoicing.
∎ Provide support over email and phone for financial inquiries.
∎ Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
∎ Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
∎ Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
∎ Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
∎ Manage payroll processing and related activities.
∎ Oversee tax filing and ensure timely payment of taxes.
