∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Education University degree Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Provide pre-installation guidance to customers relating to system requirements and physical layout
∎ • Install new or modified equipment ensuring full functionality according to product specifications
∎ • Train customers with respect to proper operation of equipment including safety procedures.
∎ • Test/diagnose malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem and observe electrical, electronic and mechanical components and systems using testing and measuring instruments.
∎ • Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair electric, electro-mechanical, mechanical equipment.
∎ • Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other mechanical related devices.
∎ • Carry out preventative maintenance programs to ensure proper performance of equipment
∎ • Maintain records of performance reports
∎ • Provide on-site and telephone support to customers as required
∎ • Customer follow-up
∎ • Collect and maintain quality metrics.
∎ • Update customer service tracking systems
∎ • Conduct product demonstrations as required
∎ • Willingness to work beyond general business hours if required.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
∎ • 2+ years technical troubleshooting experience; position requires direct customer contact
∎ • Strong technical aptitude across Electronics , electrical & mechanical disciplines
∎ • Ability to read technical documentation including wiring diagrams
∎ • Competent in the use of Windows based software including MS Word and Excel

∎ Age 22 to 32 years
