Key Responsibilities Form groups, recruit members, provide training, and conduct group meetings Collect loan installments and savings from members Support branch management in microfinance program activities Conduct field visits and prepare feedback reports Verify member information and prepare membership forms Conduct home visits to assess members’ well-being Assist in loan approval and disbursement planning Ensure timely loan distribution Conduct joint field visits for loan recovery with staff Provide accurate daily operational reports to branch management Workplace Any branch office of the organization Employment Status Full-Time Job Location Rangpur & Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh
