Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for local level planning with people, beneficiary selection, group formation.
∎ Formation and Capacity building of SRGs.
∎ Assist Marketing Officer and Coordinator in his strategic operations area.
∎ Support implementation of project strategy activities across all sectors.
∎ Ensure community volunteers development in the area of Project Planning, Monitoring and Project Evaluation.
∎ Build capacity of Community Volunteers and SRGs and work closely with F&MO to ensure SRGs formation, nursing, assist for bank account opening, getting registration from concern department.
∎ Keep close contract with Instructor and regular visit of Resource Center for providing quality training to the SRG’s by ensuring trade wise training equipment.
∎ Better data management, and ethical Community data collection and information management.
∎ Support to ensure program quality inclusive of regular technical monitoring of Project execution.
∎ Assist SRG’s marketing group for marketing their products through linking with different buyer.
∎ Assist and Provide required support to the APEX body for receiving different capacity development training.
∎ Conduct Courtyard Meeting, Apex body meeting and other meeting, awareness session, day observation and assist for arranging & conducting different training, workshop of the project.
∎ Co-ordinate with Local leaders and community people for implementation of the project.
∎ Monitor and follow-up to ensure the activity on track.
∎ Facilitate community people for receiving trade wise quality training, meeting, or any meeting related to the project.
∎ Motivate and ensure SRGs participants for saving, account opening, capacity development and getting registration from the relevant govt. department.
∎ Ensure keeping strategic linkages with UP Chairman and related ward leaders, NGOs and strategic alliances.
∎ Assist Managers to take full responsibility for quality implementation of project management services, awareness activities including campaigns, all activities at the women safe spaces and skills development activities for women and girls.
∎ Coordinate with Women affairs, YDD, DAE, DoL, Cooperative, Social Service, DMC’s, CPP and other related govt. line departments.
∎ Build capacity of Volunteers, Apex body and SRGs to effectively deliver services to the targeted beneficiaries.
∎ Ensure updated information is disseminated to the community on where and how to report issue incidences and encourage reporting
∎ Organize the awareness raising, day observations, campaign event/program in communities’ level coordinating with different stakeholders.
∎ Take appropriate photographs and share those for reporting
∎ Assist project team for budgeting for new and ongoing projects.
∎ Ensure procurement and spending is aligned with the technical needs of the program.
∎ When relevant and required will participate in the hiring process of Community Volunteers
∎ Ensure timely reporting in line with Admin & Finance requirements.
∎ Ensure and assist regular reporting-monthly, quarterly program and financial reporting as per the project’s requirement.

∎ PHALS (Program for Helpless And Lagged Societies) is a Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has been started its journey in Cox's Bazar since 1992. By the support of Malteser International, at present PHALS is implementing a project “Resilience Strengthening of Vulnerable Populations in Northern, Western and Eastern Bangladesh through a Network Approach of 5 Partner Organizations” in Khurushkul and Chowfaldandi of Cox’s Bazar district” that started from December 2022. Under this project, PHALS is looking for Field Facilitator to achieve the project’s over all outputs and outcomes through planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting, coordinating with beneficiary and communicating with stakeholders. He/she will be reportable to Project Coordinator of the project.
