Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is an inheritor of DANIDA Bangladesh derived from couple of project intervention explicitly DANIDA Boat Building Project and Boat Rental Scheme. CODEC has been working as a people centered development organization since 1985.
∎ CODEC is implementing different Development projects in the field of Education, Livelihood support, Environment, Legal Service, Humanitarian Field, Advocacy, Health & Nutrition etc. The aim of CODEC is to provide support and assistance to the disadvantaged coastal communities in their day-to-day struggle.
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is going to implement CODEC Hamoon Response Project funded by OXFAM in Moheshkhali Upazila, Bangladesh.
∎ CODEC Cyclone Hamoon Response Project aims to aware the People of rural areas regarding post activities and awareness of Cyclone Hamoon affected people. CODEC invites application for CODEC Hamoon Response Project for the mentioned position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Facilitator will work under the supervision of Project Manager for maintaining the field level activities with the collaboration PM. They will lead overall efforts related to change life skill knowledge and practice and improvement of awareness at community level including relevant training, manage and implement the overall activities of project.
∎ S/he should be responsible to handle project activities
∎ Engage day to day field level project implementation activities.
∎ Engage in field level data collection on demand basis.
∎ Arrange and conduct community level training and workshop.
∎ Assisting in progress reporting for projects using information from various sources.
∎ Ensuring safe and inclusive project management.
∎ Assist in knowledge development on Cyclone Hamoon Response.
∎ Assist all the other project management activities as relevant.
∎ Any other assignment given by the project management
∎ S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy. Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Minimum 1-2 years' experience in related field.

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
