∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Priority will be given to those with practical experience maintaining and operating heavy equipment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after all construction equipment and plants operations. (Dump Truck, Excavator, Pay Loader, Mixture Truck, Vibratory Roller, Trailer, Hydraulic Rig, Vibro Hammer, Asphalting equipment, Batching Plant, Asphalt Plant etc.).
∎ Prepare breakdown report on daily basis and coordinate with the Maintenance department for both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
∎ Collaborate with Project Manager (PM) or Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to develop work schedules aimed at minimizing equipment idle time.Maintain equipment and operator log sheet.
∎ Coordinate with the project team to forecast equipment requirements in advance.
∎ Prepare and monitor fuel consumption reports for equipment, ensuring efficient usage.
∎ Generate fortnightly equipment utilization reports based on log sheets and submit them to the head office.
∎ Liaise with the store and Mechanical Maintenance department to manage spare parts inventory effectively.
∎ Prepare buffer equipment and Operators list based on site requirements and existing equipment fleet, and communicate with head office accordingly.
∎ Co-ordinate and arrange the local and site workshop maintenance works consulting with head office maintenance department.
