Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have B. Sc. /Diploma in Nursing from a Government approved recognized Nursing Institute. Must have registration from the Bangladesh Nursing Council.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking care of the EU medical center and assisting doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
∎ Works as a primary health care provider.
∎ Identifies patient care requirements and take immediate action.
∎ Dispense OTC drugs and proper referral suggestions while the doctor is not available.
∎ Provide patients and their families with advice and emotional support.
∎ Advises follow-up of patients and clarifies instructions given by the doctor.
∎ Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
∎ Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patients, friends, and family to understand the condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
∎ Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and standards of nursing care set by governing agency regulations.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Maintains patient confidence and protects confidential or personal information.
∎ Maintains infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures.
∎ Maintains patient care records by charting in patient records.
∎ Maintains nursing and medical supplies and inventory.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
∎ To visit the hospital and diagnostic center with patients as and when required.
∎ You will be required to serve and to remain present in case of any medical emergency beyond office hours.
∎ Maintains a cooperative relationship among all the members of the EU family.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants with 2-3 years' of service experience in the hospital will be given preference.
