∎ Master degree/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with other supervisors to ensure that production goals are being met
∎ Assigning tasks to employees based on their skills and experience levels
∎ Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they are within acceptable ranges
∎ Reviewing reports on labor costs and efficiency rates to ensure that they are within budget guidelines
∎ Reviewing safety procedures to ensure that they are being followed by all workers
∎ Interpreting and enforcing labor laws and regulations regarding working conditions and employee conduct
∎ Scheduling and coordinating production schedules with other supervisors to meet deadlines
∎ Overseeing maintenance activities such as repairing machinery or updating computer systems to improve efficiency
∎ Training new employees in proper work procedures and safety measures
∎ Store Management.
∎ Manage shift changes and ensure proper staffing levels
∎ Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective measures
∎ Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance
∎ Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
∎ Recommend disciplinary action when necessary
∎ Coordinate with HR department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working in Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
∎ Ability to solve complex problems.
∎ Exceptional ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Outstanding managerial skills.
∎ Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities.
