∎ As the Factory Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our e-rickshaw manufacturing facility. Your exceptional leadership and organizational skills will be pivotal in coordinating and supervising the activities of our dedicated production team.
∎ Job Location: Porabari,Gazipur(Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Factory Accounting.
∎ Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our e-rickshaw production factory
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow, from procurement of raw materials to final product assembly
∎ Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and quality control measures
∎ Optimize production processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
∎ Monitor inventory levels, track production costs, and implement strategies for cost reduction
∎ Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
∎ Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
∎ Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes and product enhancements
∎ Ensure timely delivery of finished products, meeting customer expectations and project deadlines
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and practices where applicable
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry
∎ In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
∎ Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software
∎ Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
∎ Sound understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices
∎ Excellent pronunciation fluent Bangla and English.
∎ A pleasant speaking voice is essential.
∎ It is important to have a mindset focused on establishing strong relationships with both Production and Marketing team.
∎ Previous experience in production auto rickshaws or other vehicles, or electronic products is necessary.
