Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge about Facebook Live.
∎ Must be needed cuteness and smart personality.
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls, message and customer quarry.
∎ Must have idea to received customer order with name address and phone number.
∎ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
∎ Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, message like Facebook Page messenger.
∎ Must be needed to maintain Organizational Policy and Behavior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have smart and attractive personality.
∎ Good pronunciation in Bengali and English.
∎ Must be hard working and dedicated to work.
∎ Comfortable as a presenter in front of the Camera.
∎ Must be a quick learner.
∎ Previous experience preferable.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
