∎ Graduation/MBA (Post Graduate in relevant subject will get preference i.e. SCM or similar)

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Receive requisitions from merchandisers to place orders with suppliers
∎ 2. Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers (Local & Foreign)
∎ 3. Understanding of the local & foreign market, suppliers, contractors' requirements
∎ 4. Initiatives for Source, develop, procure required raw materials for our manufacturing
∎ 5. Prepare & issue purchase order through ERP and follow up with the Supplier for on time delivery of goods.
∎ 6. Process supporting documents and follow steps to confirm vendor's payments.
∎ 7. To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of supply chain and to increase efficiency.
∎ 8. Follow up and feedback of the delivered goods.
∎ 9. Create reports track KPI of suppliers and KPI of procurement process.
∎ 10. Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ 11. Contribute in company's cost savings by ensuring efficient procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.
∎ Conversant with MS office package and ERP
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival bonus and others allowance as per company policy.
