∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive PR from end users, prepare RFQ, collect quotation form prospective vendors, Prepare CS with recommendation and justification
∎ Issue PO to vendors and ensure in time delivery
∎ Checking invoices from Vendors and pass for payments
∎ Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
∎ Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
∎ Capable of setting LC terms & conditions, handling VAT, TAX and AIT related documents and issues to some extent
∎ Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
∎ Ensure the quality of materials while purchasing/ procuring as per BOQ's specification
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the end users
∎ Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
∎ Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidates having Experience in power industry will get preference
∎ Sound knowledge on technical equipment/materials
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
∎ Good command in MS Office
