Experience Requirements:

Bio-Chemist/ Chemist, Micro-Biologist, Pharmacist, Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals, Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To perform IPQC and monitoring in process checking in assembly and packing area including documentation.
∎ • To ensure control of all documents and records received/generated by the relevant departments.
∎ • To prepare document matrix, record matrix in own area of activities.
∎ • To prepare risk assessment, impact assessment of plant equipment's /systems.
∎ • To compile documentation for validation studies
∎ • To assist in handling non-conformities, customer complaints, returned goods, change control and preparation & control of SOP
∎ • To assist in investigation, disposition and corrective/preventive actions arising out of non-conformities, customer complaints, returned goods.
∎ • To assist in validation of process, equipment's and facilities (prospective, concurrent, retrospective & revalidation).
∎ • To review completed Batch Production record before taking final approval from QA .Manager
∎ • To maintain proper documentation system during all stages of work.
∎ • To prepare annual product reviews, trend analysis.
∎ • To issue of all master documents (e.g. BMR / BPR, SOP, STP, Template etc.) and other formats.
∎ • Observing consistency of production by checking processes and final output with documentation
∎ • Issuance and review of batch manufacturing and packing records and final release of product to market.
∎ • Checking and monitoring of annual product review.
∎ • Issuance and review of process validation, cleaning validation and hold time study protocol and monitoring of validation activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Age At least 25 year(s)
∎ • Total 03-06 years experience is required in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals.
∎ • Self motivated & problem solving skills
∎ • Equipment knowledge and handling
∎ • Quick learning skills
∎ • Ability to prioritize own work, able to work independently, committed to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality in all areas of work aiming at striving for excellence.
