Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is a permanent job, upon satisfactory completion of probation period of 6 to 12 months depending upon performance of the job seeker.
∎ Do the regular procurement related tasks like receiving PR, justifying the requirement, quotation collection, negotiation, receiving the goods and sending them to factory, collecting the challans and process the bills for payment. Ensuring the quality of the products being procured.
∎ Maintain timely delivery of the products procured. Provide servicing and warranty claims to the products procured if required. Confirming timely payment of the suppliers by processing the bills accordingly and on time.
∎ Visiting market and communicating with the suppliers to stay updated about the new and upcoming products and price. Continue to source for new products and suppliers.
