∎ B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing new brands which will have impacts on the growth & life cycle of the services.
∎ Develop market research, marketing strategies & launching molecular and general tests to saturate market demand all over the country.
∎ Prepare promotional items like literature, booklets, flyers, referral investigation form and prepare competitive budget & action plan of assigned brands.
∎ Implement marketing strategies through market analyses for the both existing and new brands on regular basis and keep updated of all required items.
∎ Ensure the effective short term and long-term sales growth of assigned services.
∎ Organize promotional campaigns and need based scientific seminars, symposium with different specialties of doctors confidently and independently.
∎ Arrange training, orientation and refreshing courses on new and existing products for new & existing sales and marketing personnel.
∎ Monitor competitors' activities through contact with field forces and other respective sources etc.
∎ Liaison with respective departments for smooth running of the departmental activities.
∎ Review the development of promotional materials for assigned brands and take necessary action from time to time.
∎ Establishing good rapport with doctors and healthcare provider by paying regular field visit.
∎ Ability to do any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills
∎ Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) is must
∎ Candidates having working experiences in any modern private hospital/Molecular diagnostic center/pharmaceutical company will be give preference
