∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business, Operation Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, International Business, Operation Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Launch potential new develop products for Rupkotha program and services with high business prospect through different schools countrywide.
∎ Visit different district's school to expand the market, ensure excellent negotiation skills based on financial, technical issue.
∎ Need to analyze the market size of product, services and based on it plan for target market.
∎ Develop product and service related campaigns, prepare innovative printed material, thematic promo plan based on the promo plan design.
∎ Ensure proper digital marketing in web.
∎ Closely monitor field team’s performance and ensure reports are generated in a timely manner and social media for expanding distribution area and client acknowledgement.
∎ Need to arrange and organize training plan and execute training program in different areas of Bangladesh.
∎ Plan new marketing plan for Kite Bangladesh Ltd & Execute the plan.
∎ Set different meeting with different meeting with NGO/INGO/Corporate House for project and program
Additional Requirements:
∎ Project management skills
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
∎ Creative thinker, need to implement creative ideas and solutions
∎ Good command in English and Bangla
∎ Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, cloud-based record management, project management software)
∎ Must be process and result oriented
∎ Capable of system thinking, problem solving, strategic planning and resolving conflicts
∎ Ability to work with social media and ensure strategic decision through collaboration
∎ Note: Must have the high motivation to visit different district inside/outside Dhaka frequently.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
