Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work Experience in Procurement Department in Garment Accessories Factory.
∎ Responsible for supply chain operations; maintaining professional relationship with the national and international business partners, agencies and vendors dealing with, equipment and product & services.
∎ To coordinate sourcing, procuring, inventory management and distribution.
∎ Sound knowledge about National & International Trade Policies.
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from the right, reputed & reliable vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching potential suppliers and closely work with sales dept. and ensure good quality product supply with the market's lowest price.
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
∎ Coordinate with plant's stores, users and follow up on material flow on time.
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers. Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.
∎ Analysis of the data, and prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure product availability on time.
∎ Proper documentation to be maintained always just in time.
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Any other duties assigned by Management.
