Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and maintaining strategic/non-academic and academic engagement with international and national/local stakeholders;
∎ Maintaining international and National/Local policy and legislative initiatives, identifying the strategic implications for the External Engagement Office, and communicating these effectively to senior internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Contributing to the achievement of the strategic goals of the External Engagement Office and University.
∎ Research to learn skills, abilities, and credentials employers seek for graduates in the current job market and assist in designing action plans/workshops on how these skills and abilities can be taught to students.
∎ Making tie-ups with the relevant institutions/companies for suitable placement for the students;
∎ Initiating students' opportunities for internship, fellowship and campus ambassadorship;
∎ Coordinating with employers, placement officers run background checks on students who seek internships or externships to verify students have the prerequisite education and meet all additional requirements for these companies’ positions.
∎ Organizing job fairs, career-building programs, personality development, soft skills training, workshops and other special events to bridge the knowledge gap between students and companies
∎ Perform tasks related to the office EDU Foundry, Academic Support Clinic, Alumni Relation/Engagement, etc.;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office is an unavoidable requirement
∎ Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively handle highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion
