Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clients & Landowners details information update on regular Basis.
∎ Responding to customers queries gently as and when required.
∎ Civil maintenance work follow-up on daily basis with Engineers.
∎ Proper Documentation of all client, Landowners (Prepare, Organize and keep records for future).
∎ Plan & Execution of Customer Loyalty Program (Birthday wish and Gift, Marriage anniversary wish & Gift, Eid Re-union program, Handover ceremony).
∎ Regular communicate with customer, addressing their pain point, collaborate with concern department to mitigate these issues.
∎ Visit Project with Clients & Landowners and note their observation.
∎ Check the Material specifications according to the Deed of Agreement.
∎ Budgeting and Cost analysis for modification work and take approval from Clients.
∎ Analyze issues and coordinate with other departments to resolve the issues arise.
∎ Handover the apartment maintaining proper documentations.
∎ Prepare monthly project report of ongoing projects.
∎ Communicate with and follow-up customers and other relevant stakeholders via email, through phone calls & in person.
∎ Prepare Approval / Internal notes and documents as per management’s instruction.
∎ Report day to day activities to Head of the Department(HOD).
