Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a key member of the Marketing team and manage the loyalty, consumer feedback, and customer services programs through inhouse and out-sourced agencies
∎ Develop dashboard customer analytics to ensure key metrics are top of mind and put in place corrective actions to address areas of concern.
∎ Ensure all loyalty campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and are a key driver in influencing customer behavior and increasing sales.
∎ Work with the MIS team to provide in-depth and regular analysis of the loyalty program and utilize such analysis to identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
∎ Analyze data from different platforms and identify ways to improve activities.
∎ Work as the SPOC for the programs and produce routine reports for different national, regional, and global forums
∎ Conduct regular reviews of competing loyalty and customer services programs and keep abreast of emerging trends in the industry.
∎ Liaise with other businesses to implement joint promotional opportunities to maximize the company’s visibility and appeal.
∎ Facilitate regular staff communications to keep them up to date on all program developments.
∎ Attend regional and global marketing meetings and present insights and results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in analytical tools, e.g.: MS Excel, Power BI, etc
∎ Sound people skills and the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.
∎ Good communication skills both oral and written at all levels.
∎ Demonstrated ability to apply creative ideas within a corporate environment.
