Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
∎ Minimum Graduation Degree (Commerce background preferred) from any reputed Institution
∎ Skills Required: C&F Agent Handling, Commercial, Import

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Export-Import, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate Import Permission (IP) from BEPZA.
∎ Make sure EPZ Import operation related all tasks in Zone Office & Customs.
∎ Capable to check follow-up Import ETD, ETA at Chittagong and Air Consignments.
∎ Dealing and interactive communication with the local and foreign suppliers for in -house goods on time.
∎ Prepare Import statement, follow up all consignments, and make special arrangement to in- house the urgent consignment on time.
∎ To do & follow up BEPZA, Custom & Bank related work.
∎ Settle C&F & transport bill according to quotation.
∎ Monitor & supervise the vessel arrival position, berthing schedule, container discharge, un- stuffing position and share information about cargo delivery to store & merchandiser to meet production plan.
∎ Maintain liaison with BEPZA, Bank, C&F Agents, Custom officials, Transporter, Forwarders & shipping agents for accomplishing my tasks.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need strong interpersonal. Communication & organizational skill to perform multitasks at a time.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge about commercial functions.
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must.
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation
