Job Responsibilities:
∎ Warehouse:
∎ QC all the received goods and generate reports on this.
∎ Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on goods-in, goods WIP, and goods-out. Reconcile the counts with the digitally stored data.
∎ Report on conversion and wastage of all the in housed goods.
∎ Organize the goods in the warehouse per 5S principles.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation whenever any material comes in or goes out.
∎ Hire, Train, and Lead the necessary HR of the warehouse.
∎ Regularly inspect the facility. Report on any sort of defects or failure.
∎ Logistics:
∎ Coordinate with the incoming vehicles, unload the goods as per relevant documentation, hand over the signed GRN to the drivers/reps of the vehicle.
∎ Identify the optimal number and type of vehicles to rent to deliver goods. Rent the vehicles in the most cost effective way.
∎ Make the most efficient and the most effective route plan to deliver goods.
∎ Load the vehicles with the to-be-delivered goods as per the delivery schedule and route plan.
∎ Make sure that the goods are delivered to the right places timely.
∎ Keep all the necessary documents safe and hand over whichever one is necessary to whoever that is intended for.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in similar role preferably in similar industry
∎ A demonstrated history of achieving business goals
∎ Comfortable with frequent field visits
∎ We'll value any certification on related upskilling.
