Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Urban Regional Planning(BURP)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have the knowledge to explain the Detailed Area Plan (DAP) to identify the requirements for real estate development
∎ Must know GIS software to conduct land suitability analysis for identifying suitable lands for developments and to analyze other development trends
∎ Should know Auto CAD and Adobe illustrator software for additional responsibilities
∎ BURP with 1-2 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Age 25 to 28 years preferred
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with BURP from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
