Skills Required: Communication, Customer Relationship, Data analysis and presentation, Microsoft Office, Proficiency in English and Bangla, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Willing to Travel

Additional Requirements:

• Preferable education in BSC in Textile Engineering or MSC in Chemistry

• Understanding of customer service and account management practices

• Experience in TIC Industry/Garments-Textile will be preferred

Responsibilities & Context:

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Executive/Senior Executive – Key Account Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

✅Supporting key account activities and daily customer operations

✅ Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service execution

✅ Managing customer communications, reports, quotations and invoices

✅ Resolving customer concerns by collaborating with operational teams

✅ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients

✅ Participating in client meetings, performance reviews and business discussions

✅ Assisting in preparing proposals, service agreements and commercial quotations

✅ Monitoring market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities

✅Regularly report to his/her direct manager, Global KA Manager (if any) or any other relevant team on Key Account status and issues

✅ Identifying opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and business growth

✅ Reporting account performance and customer feedback to management
