∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Spare parts supply and inventory
∎ Sourcing of Spares & Co-ordinate with Procurement Dept.
∎ Compare and assess the supplier proposals.
∎ Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
∎ Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money.
∎ Measure parts, using precision measuring instruments, in order to determine whether similar parts may be machined to required sizes.
∎ Discuss the conditions of the agreement and the price of the contract.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery
∎ Review quality of purchased products
∎ Ensure entry order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
∎ Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
