Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the civil construction of designated projects, overseeing them from inception to closing.
∎ Propose ways for cost minimization, cost-efficient use of materials, and optimizing the working process or method.
∎ Estimate material requirements as per the drawing or design and raise a material requisition for timely delivery.
∎ Maintain all quality control procedures on site and ensure workplace safety.
∎ Ensure project completion as per schedule and make efforts to minimize any variation in the planned schedule and construction budget.
∎ Provide a weekly progress report on the site.
∎ Validate and certify all contractor and vendor bills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-7 years of relevant job experience
∎ have knowledge of various construction works such as land development, pilings, buildings, roads, and steel structures.
∎ have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
