Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Graduate in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Finance
∎ PGDSCM will be an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: ERP Skill, excle, Warehouse Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Logistics Management, Warehouse and logist, Warehouse Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager and coordination with respective System Project Managers, the Warehouse and Logistics Executive duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:
∎ Responsible for warehouse & material management for storage of materials
∎ Material inventory for incoming & outgoing materials.
∎ Issue of materials to sub-contractors, internal team.
∎ Liaising with customer warehouse manager for material management.
∎ Responsible for material inspection with the customer for signing off MRN (material receipt note).
∎ Liaising & coordination with internal Quality Assurance team for material quality inspections & records.
∎ Arrange materials documentation requirements and submits to the Client Inspection Department for acceptance.
∎ Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
∎ Responsible for preparing and archiving of all pre- and post-shipment documents
∎ Prepare invoice and packing list (manually, in online portal and in MIS)
∎ Submit shipment booking with forwarder on time as per requirement.
∎ Closely follow-up and track shipment status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The Festival bonus will be paid after six months of continuous service.
