∎ Make outbound and follow-up calls.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints, and feedback.
∎ Maintain a high standard of call quality as per the company’s requirements.
∎ Handle each and every client with care and honesty.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Exhibit good convincing skills.
∎ Demonstrate self-supervision skills and performance management skills.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ This role requires you to address customer questions quickly and effectively, and resolve issues with empathy and care. Also, the individual will document matters to share with internal teams, nurture relationships, and improve brand credibility.
