Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the company covered van and open trucks for export/ import issues
∎ Liaison with the Chittagong port authority to get the smooth export/ import facility
∎ Maintain proper inventory levels for all the required parts/components of vehicles.
∎ Prepare vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules and following up the schedules accurately.
∎ Keep records and prepare reports of all the important information such as driver information, travel logs & distance, fuel consumption, accidents & other incident details, etc.
∎ Supervising the drivers regarding their duties and overall behaviors, overseeing their salary disbursement, and arranging other facilities as per their entitlements.
∎ Taking proactive actions to ensure that all the vehicle related papers such as insurance, fitness, tax, registration papers are up to date.
∎ Transport staff management
∎ Planning and maintaining all transport of the group in order all time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills
∎ Excellent skills in MS Office operation.
∎ Must Have sound knowledge in spare parts, engine & over all transport related works
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Transportation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
