∎ Training/Trade Course: Training and Development
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education and Training, Training Module development Skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify and assess current & future training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals by consulting with the line manager.
∎ To plan for an overall training & development that addresses the need and expectations of both employees & employers.
∎ To deploy a wide variety of training methods & technology.
∎ To conduct effective training, induction & orientation sessions.
∎ To monitor and evaluate training programs & effectiveness.
∎ To provide opportunities for ongoing development.
∎ To resolve specific problems and tailor programs as and when required.
∎ To maintain a keen understanding of industrial training needs, developments and best Practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a Training manager in reputed organizations.
∎ Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (Mentoring, Coaching, On-the-Job or In-Classroom Training, E-Learning, Workshops, Simulations etc.).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Ability to report writing and record keeping.
∎ Good computer and database skills.
∎ Self-motivated and ready to take the challenge.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
