Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exclusively coordinating with the Executive Director.
∎ Budgeting and allocating cash to run the training department successfully.
∎ Solely responsible for handling cash from ticket sales of training sessions.
∎ Preparing Debit/Credit Vouchers.
∎ Providing remuneration to all trainers.
∎ Preparing final accounts.
∎ Visiting banks for transactional issues.
∎ Maintaining all individual trainers documents in file.
∎ Preparing performance appraisals of individual trainers.
∎ Planning and preparing forecasted training schedules based on current month’s performance.
∎ Ensuring delivery of the forecasted schedule to each trainer.
∎ Regularly promoting, publishing and updating all training schedules, events, programs & notices to keep the department active and up to date in social media.
∎ Maintaining inventory of entry pass.
∎ Contributing the entry pass of training to the potential clients.
∎ Supervising and monitoring the training hall and report on all sales activities.
∎ Arranging and managing meetings, programs and events.
∎ Venue selection and negotiation for events and programs.
∎ Communication through email.
∎ Supervising the outdoor programs solely.
∎ Reporting and submitting all the financial documents of events.
∎ Maintaining and checking all the necessary equipment for training.
∎ Developing concepts, graphics, layouts, logos, banners, leaflets, images.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Both males & females are allowed to apply.
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Creative Design, Graphics Design, Video Editing, Videography.
∎ Quick learning ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money and cheques.
∎ Basic Computer knowledge on MS Office is essential.
∎ High energy levels to sustain marketing programs and achieve sale target.
∎ Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
∎ Must have efficiency in English.
∎ Positive professional attitude and self-motivated.
Salary: Negotiable
