Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's in any field from any recognized university /reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finding valid leads from calls.
∎ Receive & make call to the customers and have to sale our Products.
∎ Answering customers calls, text messages
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Make an appointment as per customer requirement.
∎ Maintain customer database
∎ Remind customers about due payments
∎ Follow up old customers
∎ follow-up existing customer time to time.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Attend visitors in reception
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Provide product information to the customer
∎ Develop and maintain a close relationship with both existing and potential customers.
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ Proven experience in telemarketing or similar role
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
