Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have Graduate in any discipline preferable in Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Economics/ Management/ Marketing from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to handle telephone inquiries.
∎ Incumbents should have expertise in Ms-Office operation.
∎ Should be able to good communicating Skill especially focus on Prospect Customer to handle quires/ dissatisfaction about product.
∎ Explaining ideas and information to Farmers.
∎ Able to find out the Farmers requirements and accordingly ensuring Farmers satisfaction at all time.
∎ Record maintain & reporting.
∎ Liaison with other stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in call center/ Tele Marketing.
∎ Giving knowledge/ information to Farmers/ customers for encouraging sales & collection.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Must be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with Farmers.
∎ Coping with rural/ different types of people.
∎ Good oral communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
