Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/ Science preferred) from Govt. or Authorized Private College/ University with good Academic Records and excellent Presentation Skills, excellent Computer Operating Skills, Concepts of Internet etc.
∎ Course must be fully complete. Ongoing or incomplete Graduation/ Post-graduation will not be accepted.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, register and track Customer complaints/requests over phone calls, emails and other channels (e.g. messenger or through other persons).
∎ Forward and escalate these issues to appropriate persons or departments and following up actions.
∎ Providing quick Technical and Service related Support and Feedback over phone to Customers.
∎ Record details of actions taken for future analysis.
∎ Visits to customer premises or other sites is NOT required.
∎ Working with Network Infrastructure hardware/equipment like router or switch etc. is NOT required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have a residence in Chittagong city.
∎ Candidate must be physically and mentally fit for working for continuous hours and sometimes under pressure.
∎ Candidate must be fluent in Bengali with excellent reading, writing and speaking (clear pronunciation) skills.
∎ Good English reading and writing skills. English speaking skills will be considered plus points.
∎ Good knowledge on Computer Operation, Internet, Operating Systems (Windows) & Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.) installation, operation, maintenance, removal etc.
∎ Good typing speed in English. Moderate typing speed in Bengali will be considered plus point.
∎ Good Analytical Skill will be considered a major plus point.
∎ 'Attention to Detail' will be considered a major plus point.
∎ Ability to work individually as well as a team member with good communication skills, leadership skills, quick-learning abilities, interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
∎ This is an entry level job. Candidate with previous job experience may not be called for interview.
∎ Candidates not meeting the above age limit will NOT be called for interview.

Salary:
∎ As per the terms and conditions of the yearly contract.
