Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aeronautical
∎ or 4 Years BSc in Mechanical/Electrical (EEE) Engineering from reputed Public/Private or Foreign universities.
∎ Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly Works under CAMO for maintaining continuing Airworthiness of USBA Aircraft.
∎ Reports directly to the Manager, Technical Services.
∎ He/She is responsible to cover the associated tasks of respective Aircraft Systems (Aerospace/Avionics)
∎ Evaluate Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) and other manufacturer’s guideline and to provide technical support for their accomplishment as necessary.
∎ To Prepare and provide required work instructions for scheduled and unscheduled tasks and necessary repair, modification and inspection to fulfill airworthiness requirements of USBA fleet.
∎ Analyzes repetitive technical defects and look for solutions from manufacturer.
∎ Propose retrofit solutions from OEMs and other vendors for reliability improvement and maintenance cost effectiveness.
∎ Look for manufacturer’s best practices guidelines to ensure better maintainability of the Aircraft in USBA fleet.
∎ Liaise with the structure repair shop and manufacturer to get repair scheme.
∎ CAAB approval in the event of major repair.
∎ To work in compliance with ANO’s and CAAB requirements.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by Manager, Technical Services or senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
∎ Experienced working with MS Office suite.
∎ A good leader with proactive thinking & problem-solving attitude.
∎ Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to work in a highly competitive and challenging environment.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
