∎ Age 21 to 34 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide pre-installation guidance to customers relating to system requirements and physical layout
∎ Install new or modified equipment ensuring full functionality according to product specifications
∎ Train customers with respect to proper operation of equipment including safety procedures.
∎ Test/diagnose malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem and observe electrical, electronic and mechanical components and systems using testing and measuring instruments.
∎ Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair electric, electro-mechanical, mechanical equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other mechanical related devices.
∎ Carry out preventative maintenance programs to ensure proper performance of equipment
∎ Maintain records of performance reports
∎ Provide on-site and telephone support to customers as required
∎ Customer follow-up
∎ Collect and maintain quality metrics.
∎ Update customer service tracking systems
∎ Conduct product demonstrations as required
