∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Store personnel to provide maximum service and achieve the Department’s objectives.
∎ Assists In charge of Purchase department to maintain Inventory System and Orientation of new employees.
∎ Update records of all forms used in the various departments as necessary, keeping information current and available.
∎ Responsible on Service Agreement and servicing/repairing of items by Vendor.
∎ Handles any discrepancies on Purchase Order. If not being able to handle the matter then refer it to his line manager for the resolution.
∎ Carry out any other function/administrative tasks as delegated by the Purchasing Officer, Chief of Purchasing and Management of the Hospital.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hospital based Procurement Service Experience would be an additional advantage.
∎ Experience of any procurement service related training would be a plus point for this position.
